Day EIghty-One. - Project 365.
Day Eighty-One. - You've Got Mail! - Of course I adore that our mail box, that we share with our neighbors, matches the brick of our new home. I also love that it's right outside our front door which means we don't have to drive to the front of the apartment complex to check our mail and longer.
Day Eighty. - Project 365.
Day Eighty. - Half A Home. - This has been the most exciting house day for me, besides the Island in our kitchen, because it's actually starting to look like a home. The only parts left to brick were half of the wall on the right side and the top of the windows and above the garage. Oh and notice that our Entry way is now complete? It's so neat to see all these little things done within a day or two of us visiting.

Stolen Identity.
A man and woman walk up to the counter at work and say they are wanting to know how much they were able to spend on their Finance Account, it had been a little over a month and they were approved online. Most of the time we don't like customers at the counter anyway because it's too distracting but these people would not back down. After finding out what they were able to spend a Sales Order for them to purchase their furniture was written by one of our most trusting sales men. A birth date of 1939 came up as a clue but was overlooked and the Sales Order was processed. The man and woman were very friendly and continued to distract myself and our Office Manager, they played the game very well. After calling our Warehouse that we had suspicion of a Identity Theft the Sales Order was then voided and the Police were called to the Warehouse. We then looked carefully over there Drivers License to only prove that our suspicion had been correct. At the top of the License the state had been misspelled and the city was the same as the state, which obviously there was no such city, the Social Security Number was in plain view on the License. There was also plenty of other strange things that were happening while they stood in front of us for a half an hour waiting on their plan to go through. This is my first encounter with any kind of Theft in the work place and it kind of shook me up. It also made me sick to my stomach that people are using other people and getting away with it each and every day. It scares me to know that this could also happen to me and that in a instant my world could be destroyed. I can't imagine how it would feel to have your Identity, who you are as a person, stolen by a fellow human being. I hope that one day they understand what they are doing and how terribly wrong it is and learn from their mistakes.

Day Seventy-Four. - Project 365.
Day Seventy-Four. - Lover of Books. - Since my last book took me almost a year and a half to read, disappointing I know, I've decided to read as many books as possible during this next year. Hopefully I'll be able to read all of the ones sitting next to my bed, about three, and then some. Good thing my Mom is a book lover otherwise this habit might get a little pricey.

Day Seventy-Three. - Project 365.
Day Seventy-Three. - My Peeps! - Although I'm not a big candy person I decided that since it was Easter I'd try Peeps for the first time in my life, true story. William was astonished to find out that I've never had Peeps and insisted that he buy some and I try them. I ended up eating one Peep and decided that it was overly sweet and that I wasn't a big fan, it did make me crave marsh mellows, though.

Day Seventy-Two. - Project 365.
Day Seventy-Two. - Pre-Birthday Festivities. - I can honestly say that my wonderful fiance made me feel most special on my Birthday. He took good care of me and listened to me whine and complain when things weren't going perfectly. I'm such a lucky girl to have him in my life and I hope I make him feel just as special as I do all the time.

Day Seventy-One. - Project 365.
Day Seventy-One. - Happy Birthday To Me! I ended up opening my gifts early since William could not contain his secret any longer, and so I could use it to go out later that night, and was very surprised to see Bare Minerals and a small makeup bag from Sephora. I have to give him kudos for listening and getting me exactly what I wanted, he's such a sweetheart. I love all the brushes in Bare Minerals but it will have to take some time getting used to since I'm used to liquid foundation. Also I've been breaking out recently and wanted to cover up all my blemishes, I think eventually I'll get the hang of it and hopefully it will improve my skin.

Day Seventy. - Project 365.
Day Seventy - Wedding Dress Shopping. - This was probably one of the most fun and exciting days since we've gotten engaged. Mom and I went wedding dress shopping, obviously, and I had so much fun trying on all the dresses. I had went with my Bridesmaid before and found a dress I loved but I decided to try on a few others to see if I was making the right decision. This dress was the runner up, I loved the beadwork and lace and the neckline but it felt too "poofy" and as if the dress was swallowing me since I'm so small. I actually ended up purchasing the dress from before and am so excited to finally have my dress for our wedding!

Day Sixty-Nine. - Project 365.
Day Sixty-Nine. - All Wired Up. - Since my parents were in town we decided to go take a look at the house since they've only seen pictures of it. We ended up getting there after dark so it was kind of hard to see everything that they've done already but we did notice that they've wired the house for our phone jacks and electricity. We spent a good half an hour walking around while Dad and WIlliam talked about the wires and Mom and I talked about decorations.

Day Sixty.-Eight. - Project 365.
Rain Rain Go Away.
Since early this morning it has been pouring down rain, and severe wind, and it has no signs of stopping. It's the perfect day to be at home snuggled up with a cup of tea and a good book.
Since the weather man predicited it would be raining until Wednesday there will not be any new additions to our home, except for the sliding glass door to our back yard that was put in yesterday. I'm beyond excited about our house and I can't wait to decorate and see everything brought together.
I hope this rain let's up soon so they can continue the building process.
P.S. I'm behind on Project 365. I'll update it soon, work has taken over my life.

Day Sixty-Six. - Project 365.
Day Sixty-Six. - Filled To The Brim. - After spending way too much at the grocery store we were at home unloading all the groceries and decided that we need a larger freezer since we were hardly able to shut the door after unloading everything. And I never realized how much frozen food we eat, mostly for us to eat on our lunches at work, which can't be healthy for us. Maybe next time we will get some real, non-frozen, food too so our refrigerator won't get jealous.

Day Sixty-Five. - Project 365.
Day Sixty-Five. - Girls Night Out. - A good friend of mine was in town for a few days and since we had not seen each other in months we decided to get together and have some girl time. Of course she brought along our really good friend too, more the merrier! We all got dressed up and sat around and talked for a little bit about music, life, the wedding, and boys in their lives. Then decided to grab a bite to eat before we came back to my apartment for a few drinks. While we were at dinner we had a blast just sitting around talking and laughing, catching up. We came back to the apartment, cracked open a bottle of wine, and took a ton of pictures together. I have to admit that having a few girlfriends over was so much fun and I had such a blast, I can't wait until we are all in the same vicinity so it can happen more often.

Day Sixty-Four. - Project 365.
Day Sixty-Four. - Escalating Fuel Prices. - After not filling up for almost two weeks and putting enough gas in my tank to get back and forth to work for a few days I finally caved and filled my tank completely. Although gas had gone down two cents I was still very unhappy that I was paying over $3.00 dollars. Especially since my car is compact and small, which is one of the reasons I got it, and I shouldn't have to be spending this much money. Before I never noticed how expensive it was to keep your car fueled so I guess it's true that you don't notice until your the one spending the money, right?

Day Sixty-Three. - Project 365.
Day Sixty-Three. - My Very Own Island! - For as long as I can remember I've always dreamt of having a kitchen with a Island in the middle when I grew up and got my own house. Now look, I have my very own island which makes me overly giddy and excited to see the finish product of our kitchen and eventually be able to cook in it.

Day Sixty-Two. - Project 365.
Day Sixty-Two. - Vase Gems. - It will be nice to have flowers that last more then two weeks around the house but they won't have the same smell as those fresh cut flowers. Pretty much all my extra cash goes to decorations for the house or something for the wedding which is perfectly fine with me! I love the vase and that it's teeny tiny but I'm not too sure about my idea of adding the throw blanket into the photo.

Day Sixty-One. - Project 365.
Day Sixty-One. - Builder Meeting. - The builder finally schedule a meeting with us, I was unable to attend since I had to work, to go over all the details and give us an estimate of when the house will be ready for us to move in. After work I drove out to the lot, William met me there, and screamed, literally, when I saw that the frame and part of the siding was put up. We walked around inside for about 30 minutes just soaking it in and looking at all our different rooms. I love how big the windows are and I'm very excited about the Island in our kitchen! It's becoming even more real each day and I can't wait to see the final result. I'm sure there will be many more house progression photos to come!

Day Sixty. - Project 365.
Day Sixty. - Spring Color. - Since I became sick all I've done is sleep and lay out the couch in front of the television, which was driving me crazy, so we decided it was time to get out of the apartment. We ended up having lunch together which was amazing and delicious. Then we decided to take a trip to Ikea so I could spend the Gift Card that was given to me on Christmas. We ended up walking around for about a hour and a half making our way through the crowded store and found this brightly colored Bath Mat with matching towels. I love the pattern and the color and it brightens up our little bathroom quite a bit.

Day Fifty-Nine. - Project 365.
Day Fifty-Nine. - Wet Cement. - I'm sure the only person that will understand that caption is my wonderful fiance, thanks babe. We drove out to our lot, and it had been raining, and found that the foundation had been poured! We got out to walk around on it until it started raining again and we decided we would come back another time. But it's very exciting to see some actual progress going into building our new home!

Day Fifty-Eight. - Project 365.
Day Fifty-Eight. - Bees Don't Even Like Bears. - Okay, if you've seen Bee Movie then you'll understand where I got the caption. If not, sorry. Since my sickness was lasting more then a week and I'd been taking Day quill religiously I decided to try something different because taking all that medication wasn't help and it isn't good for my body. It was suggested to me to put Honey in my Tea so William brought some home after work. Maybe I used the wrong Tea or not enough Honey but it really didn't change the fact that my throat was sore, except the hot liquid did soothe it a little. Better luck next time, I suppose.
Oh, and I've recently become obsessed with off center photography so bear with me, hardy har.

Day Fifty-Seven. - Project 365.
Day Fifty-Seven. - Christmas Ornaments of the Vegetable. - Green and Red Bell Peppers. Exciting, right? These were cut up into bite size pieces to go into tonight's dinner. What I love the most is my makeshift cutting board, I've since gotten a real one, that is actually a cookie baking sheet. Basically I couldn't think of anything else to take a photo of but, hey, at least the colors are pretty too look at!

Day Fifty.-Six. - Project 365.
Day Fifty-Six. - Ever Changing Weather. - A few pictures down I wrote about how I was bummed that the snow storm didn't reach to our area and here it is a few days later I got my wish! I had been hearing what sounded like rain hit the window all afternoon, so we decided to stay in, and I finally got up to look and found out that it was snowing! Of course the weathermen told everyone to stay inside since the roads were pretty bad but what did we do? Of course we went and drove around and it's a good thing we did since it melted a few hours later. It was beautiful and I'm glad we got a little taste of all the other states have that are still getting snow, or did during the winter, but I have to say I'm glad that our state doesn't have snow that often!

Day Fifty-Five. - Project 365.
Day Fifty-Five. - Self Pampering. - As if I don't get spoiled enough, thanks to William for that adorable hat, I decided to get my nails done again tonight. Since my nails were looking pretty shabby I figured it was about time I either take them off or have someone make them look good again. Well of course taking them off just isn't a option so I stopped by a little nail salon by our apartments. The ladies were so nice and talkative asking about my ring and if I'm married which is unusual because I've never had anyone be that friendly at a nail salon. I ended up spending a little more then I had in mind but I'm very happy with the results. Now, let's see if I can actually afford to keep filling my nails every two weeks. As I was trying to get a good shot of the nails I was getting frustrated because it wasn't turning out as I'd hoped so I snapped this photo and am very pleased with the way it turned out.

Day Fifty-Four. - Project 365.
Day Fifty-Four. - Recipes 101. - I swear my titles are getting less and less creative I just am having a hard time coming up with anything witty lately. Anyway, since we get the news paper at work I always read the food section to keep up with all the new recipes. Usually I plan a Menu for the week and it's gotten a little repetitive so I decided it was time to switch things up. I have to admit cooking has to be one of my favorite things to do especially since I'm semi-good at it, who would have ever thought!

Day Fifty-Three. - Project 365.
Day Fifty-Three. - A Surprise Snow Storm. - Yes, I'm just as surprised as you are. Snow, that actually stuck, in my state? This is the first time I've ever seen a inch, or more, of snow in our very own state. Although I was bummed that it didn't snow in our area but it's pretty exciting that we can actually get snow here. I'm confused as to why this didn't happen in December instead of what is almost Spring. Mother Nature must have a sense of humor, eh? Especially since the rest of the week it will be mid 60's.

Day Fifty-Two. - Project 365.
Day Fifty-Two. - Chest Of Drawers. - This photo has no significance as to what I did with my day other then the fact that I have been sick for the past two days and haven't been out of the house today, yet. This is probably one of my favorite pieces of furniture we have in our apartment, though, I love the antique feel that this pieces radiates. We hope to, once we are settled in the house, get all the matching coordinate pieces in our bedroom. Alright, back to resting now so hopefully I can kick this cold for once and all.
Oh, and I'm happy to announce that this is officially my 100th post. : )

Day Fifty-One. - Project 365.
Day Fifty-One. - Keeping Hydrated. - Sadly, I've gotten back into the really bad habit of drinking bottled water, again. We bought a water filter, to save money, but it needs to be replaced and I haven't gotten around to it yet. So, I've been buying bottled water because I have a serious addiction and all I ever drink is water, mostly. Anyway, all day I felt sick to my stomach so I need eat much but I tried to keep as hydrated as possible so I wouldn't pass out or anything. Hopefully taking Day quill and drinking plenty of water will help whatever this sickness I have is go away even faster.
