Day Two Hundred & Twenty-Seven. - Workin' On My Fitness. - Along with the bike rides each night I've also been doing Pilates once or twice a week to tone up before the wedding. This exercise ball really helps with crunches and, believe me, the day after I was sore.

What do you use to do Pilates? Do you have a DVD or something? I want to get back into it so badly...

Well I use to TiVo Yoga workouts so I use some of the things from there that I remember and then my room mate had a DVD so I use some of the moves from that as well. But, I'm planning on getting a DVD pretty soon. I'm hearing it's the best way to tone up your core and it's like cardio, for me anyway, without being so harsh. If that even makes sense, haha!
